Windows 10: CTRL+SHIFT+HOME Not Working Anymore

I rebooted my computer last night and when I started it up again and tried to use CTRL+SHIFT+HOME, it popped up three to four yellow outlines for where windows could possibly be displayed in an evenly distributed layout. Normally, it just highlights everything from the point of the cursor to the beginning of the page. I cannot find anything on the internet that suggests this is an intended shortcut, so I cannot figure out where to turn it off.

I've tried shutting down all of my programs and it persists, so it has to be something with Windows 10. I've included a sample below so that hopefully this helps someone identify where the shortcuts have been changed. Perhaps it's just some setting that I need to swap to a different default usage for this particular shortcut.

CTRL+SHIFT+8 and some others not working

Okay thanks. Didn't know that tool.
It does list Ctrl+Shift+, 3 & 8. But it doesn't say what they're registered to. (And nothing seems to happen when I press them.)

The tool turns up a very short list, by the way, compared to the screenshots on that site. Just these three plus:
Hot Key : Alt+Ctrl+Delete
Hot Key : Alt+Ctrl+J (I know what this is from)
Hot Key : Alt+Ctrl+K (Kindle)
Hot Key : Alt+F4

 

ctrl and shift not working

sorry that im writing without capslock but they stopped working. for some days my ctrl and shift dont work in the way they used to work and they need to work. for example ctrl c ctrl v ctrl a commands don't work. in my browser when i try to press shift
and plus or shift and the line next to it it zooms in and out, sorry i cant show them because i can't use them like i said, also trying to shift plus letters works just on some like A, G. but for the rest of the letter it just does commands it doesnt make
caps letters but random commands . pls i resally some help . thanks

We can see here that you are having issues using the Shift and Ctrl keys on your keyboard. To isolate this concern, have you performed the following:

• Right-click on Start menu.
• Select Control Panel.
• Choose Ease of Access.
• Click on Change how your keyboard works.
• Tick the box beside Turn on Sticky Keys.
• Click on Apply.
• Select OK.

If so, we suggest that you revert the computer back to its previous version. You can free up some space in your disk drive by backing up some files to an external hard drive.
