Windows 10: CTRL+Y, ALT+Y, SHIFT+Y only works once

I have an MSI Raider and I have this strange problem that I can't solve. My OS: Windows 11 Pro.It started after the update I did on September 5th: If I hold down SHIFT+Y, the result is: Yyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy If I hold down SHIFT and keep pressing Y, the result is: YYyYYyYYYYyYyYyYYYyYYYYYYYY I tested the entire keyboard, and it's only affecting this key. I've tried to recover to a date before the update, but it didn't work. In the troubleshoot option does not have a keyboard option.Things I tried to do:I've reinstalled the keyboard drivers;DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth /RestoreHealt

Typing y instead z

When I press y it types z , i tried a lot solutions but non of them worked, i checked in setting and there is shift + ctrl for changing keyboard layout but nothing happens when i do it, i also checked and its qwerty keyboard.

 

Notepad puts Y instead of \


When I'm making a .bat file, the computer automatically puts some weird letter 'Y' as '\' but when I copy and paste the weird looking 'Y' lets say in this thread post it pastes as '\'.

So will the command still work when its the weird looking 'Y'? or will I need '\' to make the command work? and if so I may I fix the problem to make weird looking 'Y' change to '\'?

 

Undo and Redo Shortcuts (Ctrl Z and Ctrl Y) NOT WORKING

I noticed the issue few days ago when the Ctrl Z stopped working on Anki but I'm not sure when it exactly started. Then I discovered that Ctrl Z and Ctrl Y stopped working on all my applications. Other shortcuts that I use usually are still functioning except
for these two.

I reformatted (removed all software except personal file) my PC yesterday but the issue still remains. I even tried different keyboards.
