Windows 10: Culumative Update Error (Error 0x8007010b)

I have a Problem On my hands. I CAN'T Install 4 updates on my Computer!

The Response was: "There were problems installing some updates, but we'll try again later."

The Updates Were:
1. 2019-09 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8 for Windows 10 Version 1903 for x64 (KB4514359) - Error 0x8007010b
2. 2019-09 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8 for Windows 10 Version 1903 for x64 (KB4522738) - Error 0x8007010b
3. 2019-09 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1903 for x64-based Systems (KB4515384) - Error 0x8007010b
and...
4. 2019-09 Security Update for Adobe Flash Player for Windows 10 Version 1903 for x64-based Systems (KB4516115) - Error 0x8007010b

Here's the thing. I first tried to run the Troubleshooter, and it didn't detect anything wrong with Windows Update: "We couldn't Identify the Problem"

Then I decided to run the following command in Powershell (As an Admin):

net stop bits
net stop wuauserv
net stop appidsvc
net stop cryptsvc
ren %systemroot%\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.bak
ren %systemroot%\system32\catroot2 catroot2.bak
net start bits
net start wuauserv
net start appidsvc
net start cryptsvc

There were a few problems:
1. cryptsvc did not stop, because It couldn't for some reason.
2 and 3. the ren commands didn't work because the files 'Didn't exist'...

Next I decided to run the following command in Command Prompt (As an Admin): "C:\WINDOWS\system32>DSIM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

Still waiting on it to finish before I run sfc/ scannow...

I'm using a Dell G3 15 Gaming Laptop Running Windows 10 v1903 Home with 8GB Ram, 1TB of Hard Drive Space, a Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 w/ Max-Q Design Graphics Card, Intel CORE i5 Processor.

Anyone got any Ideas? I REALLY Don't want my laptop to mess up AGAIN.

In order to find out *which* directory name is invalid you would need to find more details. Typically it is suggested to wade through the CBS.log (and archived pieces of it) to try to find some context that way.

Do you have a timestamp for your error code? If not try looking for more precise information in summary logging such as the Reliability Monitor or Event log or (perhaps) ReportingEvents.log (especially if the error is documenting a problem with an update
phase instead of an install phase). Once you do that you may have better luck finding some relevant context in a CBS.log

Sorry to inform you that your information in not helpfull at all for people without knowledge en experience on technical stuff. Please reply taking into account the average usage level and make sure that in the next Windows 10 update release an automatic repair
is build in to avoid frustrations by the users having the problem of Error 0x8007010b.
