Windows 10: Cumulative Today

There is/was a Cumulative Update today Apr 15/16. Considering what the date IS, right now mid-April we can be sure 2004 20H1 isn't far behind now. Reckon this Cumulative is prep for the Win10 Spring 2020 Update.

Extracting Zip Files


Are the step-by-step processes identical? That is, the folder extracted from and the folder extracted to belong to the same hierarchical file system structure. If they are, that suggests mildly the Cumulative Update left an electron or two out of place.
