Windows 10: Cumulative update error is showing several times with error code 0x800f0986

I am trying to update my window version from 1903 to 1909 since last month but it shows me a cumulative error several times. I tried every possible solution almost 15 from community help to customer care but i think there is no solution of my problem

PLEASE if anyone knows how to fix it properly PLEASE CONTACT

i want to use updated edge browser but it is not supporting my current version of windows

My PC is currently having problem with updating system

it keeps showing messages underneath.

'Device missing important security and quality fixes'

2020-03 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1903 for x64-based Systems (KB4551762) -Error 0x800f0986

What should I try since even reset and formatting the system cannot be done for errors.

I keep getting a fail error after attempting to instal this update Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version Next (10.0.18362.10024) (KB4508451) - Error 0x800f0986 for several days now. I restarted computer as well so not sure what to do next.

 

Windows Update failed multiple times, getting Error 0x800f0986

I have tried running Windows Update multiple times with no positive results.

I keep getting the following message in return.

Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version Next (10.0.18362.10015) (KB4508451) - Error 0x800f0986

Although I have tried to find this update within the Windows Update Catalog nothing displays nor does it give info for the Error code received?

The author describes multiple ways to resolve this yet nothing fixes the issue above.
