Cumulative Update February 2021 - Breaks Windows Hello

Installed the 2021-02 Cumulative Updates 3. This update broke WIndows Hello facial login.

Upon restart Windows Hello cannot start camera and must use alternate login method. Checking update status one update, I believe the .NET framework errored out - yet it shows successfully installed 2/10/2021 but is not listed in the install history.

Very concerning and annoying - so decided to uninstall all 2021-02 updates. Was able to uninstall 1 of the updates. Checking installed update history I find the following:

"Security Update for Microsoft Windows KB4598242" & "Update for Microsoft Windows KB4578968" still installed. These will not uninstall for some reason. And selecting "Update for Microsoft Windows KB4578968" you do not even get the 'Uninstall' option anymore.

However, after whatever uninstalled, and restart Windows Hello is now working.

Is the Windows Hello issue known? And if so is there a fix for it, for the 2021-02 Cumulative Updates?

And what about the can't uninstall update issue?

    Thanks.

    :)
