Windows 10: Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8 for Windows 10 Version 2004 for x64 Problems

Hi,

I have a problem with Updates for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8 for Windows 10 Version 2004 for x64. The last one I was able to successfully install wasSeptember 8, 2020-KB4576478 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8 for Windows 10 Version 2004 microsoft.com.


Since then, there have been 3 updates, none of which will install. KB4576945, KB4578967, and KB4580419 I am looking for a solution to this and am thinking that I should go back to the last one that installed KB4576478 and re-install it from the Windows Catalogue. If it installs properly, I would then try to reinstall KB 4576945, then the other two.


Can someone tell me if this is an appropriate approach to correcting this problem?


There are also other updates caught in this problem, which I expect will correct themselves once the .NET Framework is happy.


I am currently at Windows 10 Home Version 2004 OS Build 19041.264

KB4565627 Cumulative Update .NET Framework 3.5, 4.8 Windows 10 July 14 Win Update

Hi Brink,
I am on 2009 (20H2), 19042.388 but not insiders





I think maybe all updates for 2004 are the same for 2009 also, as well as 1903 and 1909
But I didn't offer this KB4565627 via WU last Tuesday.
