    Hi. Sorry for the late reply, I was waiting for the connection to drop again to try this out.

    I could not uninstall the cumulative update KB3116900 and KB3116908 but I did uninstall something about security (KB3116900) and the other one titled 'Windows Update (KB3116908)'.

    I could not find any updates that says "Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1511 for x64-based Systems (KB3116900) / Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1511 for x64-based Systems (KB3116908)".
