  3. Windows 10 build 10586: very slow boot time even after last 2 and 8 december 2015 Microsoft cumulative updates

After having updated Windows 10 to build 10586, boot time (to desktop) has increased from 8-10 seconds (of 10240 build) to 50-60 seconds, regardless o.s. is installed as an update or as a clean installation from ISO (o.s. on a Samsung 850 Pro SSD 256GB).

The problem persists even after installation KB3116908 cumulative package of 02 December 2015.

The problem persists even after installation KB3116900 cumulative package of 08 December 2015.

I temporarily solved this boot time issue (unbelivably) by disabling the auto-hide flag of Windows taskbar!!! But this is a temporary workaround, not a solution!!!

What are going to do in Microsoft labs about this odd behavior? Are they determined to solve it? How long should I refrain from using the auto-hide function of the Windows taskbar?
