    Issue with windows 10 not upgrading from os build 10240 to 1511 or 1607 new version

    can't install new version of Cumulative update Windows 10 Version 1511 or 1607

    I have Windows 10 (initial version released July 2015) September 13, 2016 (OS Build 10240.17113) on my desktops

    does not give any error but saying installation is failed.
