    I get this error when invoking Control Panel ::{26EE0668-A00A-44D7-9371-BEB064C98683}\0 The remote procedure call failed

    nothing doing with the troubleshooter..

    so I did a search on your version and found this, January 30, 2017—KB4010672 (OS Build 14393.729)This release is intended only for Microsoft Server 2016 audiences.

    which explains why I don't have it.
