According to my notes, KB4034661 was only available via the Microsoft Update Catalog - and it was superseded (replaced) by KB4039396 (OS Build 14393.1670;
also catalog-only) on 28 August 2017.

YMMV...

This type of update is usually only available for manual download like the previous month ones. I have a feeling it won't be pushed through Windows Update.

See at the bottom "How to get this Update" So yeah.. unless MS just willy-nilly says so and then does different, I'd try it with a lil patience.

I have the same feeling like OilerNut, this update will be only through manual update. I just checked the WU and nothing is there.
I will try to do it later again, so I can see if any update is there.

Just thinking it is a typo, and voicing my opinion. If you look at the other updates in the 1607 build outside of patch Tuesday that had a huge list of bug fixes they weren't pushed through Windows update.
