Windows 10: Cumulative Update Preview KB5025305 crashes my Windows 11. How fix it?

After this update, my computer turns off after an indefinite time of operation sometimes after more than three hours of work, sometimes after less than twenty minutes, showing a green screen with error textGreen Screen Of Death, shut downing and reloading PC. When I roll back this update, the problem disappears.System Events Log: logs.evtxHow can I avoid this error without rolling back the update? On 25th April 2023, I downloaded manually cumulative Windows update KB5025305 and I installed it manually on top of Windows 11 22H2 64bit build no 22622.1555.

Installation went smoothly and installed without errors.

Now Windows 11 22H2 64bit 22622.1635 Preview is installed with Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22641.1000.0
