Windows 10: Cumulative updates – Not installing since KB4520062 Oct. 2019 x64 1903

Hello,


i'm running Windows 10 Pro and while i recently checked for updates, the latest update didn't install correctly. After several tries also with a clean startup I deactivated all non-microsoft services and Start-up applications, I browsed through my update history and found out, that all cumulative updates since Oct. 2019 received errors and didn't install as well. Since I am the only user I have full admin rights I guess.


Can someone tell me please if these update are essential for Windows 10 Security or the overall performance? Are there any work arounds to install these updates? Btw I tried to install the update manually, also without success.

I also deleted my third party anti-virus program and switched to defender, but the errors still occur.

Well:

Microsoft Defender Advanced Threat Protection might stop running
The Microsoft Defender Advanced Threat Protection (ATP) service might stop running and might fail to send reporting data. You might also receive a 0xc0000409 error in Event Viewer on MsSense.exe.
Affected platforms:

• Client: Windows 10, version 1809; Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2019
  
• Server: Windows Server, version 1809; Windows Server 2019
  

Next steps: At this time, we suggest that devices in an affected environment do not install KB4520062. We are working on a resolution and estimate a solution will be available in mid-November.
