Windows 10: cumulative updates

I currently use Windows 10, v.1809. My computer installs all updates except for cumulative ones with error 0x80070246. I’ve been facing this issue for a long time and nothing that I tried helped me. I scanned computer for viruses and malware with positive result; used various antivirus programs. SFC Scan showed Verification 100% complete. Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.

What’s your suggestion?

June 2016 Cumulative Update impacted my Desktop

I suggest you to uninstall the Cumulative update and check if it helps.

Follow the steps below.

• 
  Go to control panel, then click on
  Programs and Features.
  
• 
  Tap on View installed updates, then find the update.
  
• 
  Right click on the update and uninstall the update.
  

And also you can temporarily disable the
Cumulative update.

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

Cumulative December update

I tried to download and install the December Cumulative Update from the website you had listed and did not have any luck. I received error messages stating that it would not install and it still has not come through windows update. Do you have any other
suggestions?
