Windows 10: Cursor Lag Issue

I am having issues where the cursor suddenly stops moving as I move the mouse, making it very hard to get to th part of the screen I need to get to. I have not had this issue before with these devices and have even changed surfaces to double check this is not the issue.I have also tried 3 seperate mice now, a Lenovo Bluetooth dongle Mouse and Keyboard, a new Trust Bluetooth dongle Mouse, and a Wired Microsoft Comfort Optical Mouse 3000 v1.0. Cursor Lags or Snaps - Not a Mouse Issue

I’m sorry to know that Cursor lags on Windows10. I apologize for the inconvenience caused to you and I will be happy to assist you.

I suggest you to follow the below methods and check if that helps.

Method 1: Follow the below steps to uninstall and reinstall the touchpad drivers and check the status.

• Click start and type devmgmt.msc in the start search box and press
  enter.
• Expand Mice and other pointing devices
• Right click on the touchpad
  driver and choose uninstall.
• Reinstall the drivers from the manufacturer’s website
• Check if it works fine.

Method 2: I suggest you to install the latest mouse drivers for Windows 10 from the manufacturer's website and install
it in compatibility mode and check.

Follow these steps to install the drivers in compatibility mode:

a) Download the audio drivers from the manufacturer’s website.

b) Right-click on the driver and click on ‘properties’.

c) Click on the ‘compatibility’ tab and check the box ‘Run this program in compatibility
mode for’ and select Windows 8 operating system from the drop down.

d) Click on ‘Apply’ and click ‘OK’
and run the file to install it.

cursor lags

plz help when i was moving my cursor the with touchpad or a additional mouse .the cursor lag for couple of seconds or when i was playing a video in my system or in youtube. the cursor is lag and a video isalso lag for second plz help

 

mouse cursor is lagging

Mouse cursor keeps lagging in the following way: it freezes in place and then quickly moves to where my mouse is. I did usual troubleshooting steps...specifically updated mouse drivers, graphics card drivers,
tried to plug the USB into a different port etc.
I tried to work in a safe mode and the issue doesn’t occur there
