    Cursor not responding in a specific area of screen in windows 11


    The mouse cursor is not responding and keeps loading when I place it at the bottom center of the screen just above the taskbar icons. This is very annoying and lasts until I restart the machine. But soon after I restart, it happens again. Here's a screenshot of the approximate screen region where the mouse freezes the region inside the red rectangle. I think the problem is related to the taskbar. Is there any way to fix this?

    No restart button in task manager

    another easy way to kill tasks, download and install Winaero Tweaker(free) and theres a setting to add a Kill non responding tasks using the desktop right click menu. When you place your cursor on the desktop anywhere and right click the option is at the top of the list, Very handy and you dont have to go through all those steps and well Winaero Tweaker has alot of cool Windows tweaks. Just posting a different suggestion, Im sure your ok with what was suggested here.

    How do I work SprintScreen "Specific Area" in Windows 10? It works as outlined through "Use mouse to select area". The selected area does not appear in the PrintScreen folder. HELP!
