Windows 10: Cursor problem.

Hi every one.

I am using windows 10 on my Dell inspiron 11 3000 series.

Since last few weeks i am getting circular image on my screen. Its the same as you get on i phone it a short cut as far as i phone is concerned

My problem is my cursor is stuck into this circle. Every time with my finger i have take cursor out of that circle and only after this i can use cursor with my touch pad. My laptop has touch screen

Once i use cursor it goes back to that circle.

Its frustrating.

Thank you both for your prompt replies, I tried all steps listed, some I had tries previously but I still tried them again, but still no cursor.

Do you have any other suggestions?

 

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.
