Windows 10: Cursor Visibility in Dark Mode

Discus and support Cursor Visibility in Dark Mode in Windows 10 Customization to solve the problem; I would like to know if there is a way to turn off the changing text select cursors in dark mode.     Cursor Visibility in Dark Mode


    I would like to know if there is a way to turn off the changing text select cursors in dark mode. In dark mode it can be very difficult to find the dark i-beam cursor when editing text, so I changed it out for the white outlined one. Perfect, problem solved, or so I thought. I forgot if the line you are on is italicized or your in a blank space where you can change the text justification, the cursor changes to illustrate such and defaults back tot the hard to see dark i-beam. Where/Can you change these cursor settings as well? Can i just turn that changing feature off? I just want a plain white outlined i-beam all the time while editing text. Thanks,

    Cursor Visibility in Dark Mode

    Windows 10 Default App mode, Dark theme. Menus not visible

    I am using Windows 10 in the dark theme mode, and I'm having an issue. When I right click on the "my computer" icon. The menu that pops up is white with the text barely visible. I can only see the text when I cursor over the individual choices.
    My hardware is an HP 9470 Elitebook with a 1368 X 768 resolution display. I'm running Windows 10 Insider Preview 10.0.17763.1 (rs5_release). On my newer PC's everything is fine. The issue is only happening on this PC.
