    I thought I would love to chime into some of these forum responses but it seems like it may be company policy to lock every negative post down so people can not reply. Which in a nutshell seems to be your company policy regarding everything. Your customer support sucks period. You hire out to some South American country for service support calls. I get an arrogant technician who manages not only to offend me but thoroughly piss me off even worse than I was when I called. His script must read "Emphasize the problem is not Windows, must be a hardware or firmware issue." Meanwhile he is so busy proclaiming his mental superiority and touting the superiority of your inferior product that nothing is solved. Then he hangs up so I do the same and I get an email saying my case is closed. That is one hell of a business model you got there at Microsux. If you plan on selling Windows 10 as a service you greedy folks better up your game like a thousand percent. Meanwhile Linux is getting better and better. Note the mistletoe tacked to my tailcoat as I walk out the door.

  2. EVGA GTX 2xx series Reinbursement Service

    XFX started it and Evga is doing the same. Evga is starting its own reinbursement program for those who bought the Evga 2xx series when they first came out. All you have to do is follow a few steps.

    • Must be a new purchase from an authorized EVGA reseller. Step-ups do not qualify.
    • You have 14 days to register and upload a qualified invoice to claim your EVGA Bucks.
    • Only customers who purhased the EVGA GTX 280 or GTX 260 at the full Manufactured Suggested Reatil Price (MSRP) will qualify for the Reimbursement Program.
    • If between June 16th and July 7th you purchased an:
    • EVGA GTX 260 you will receive $75.00 in EVGA Bucks* or $60.00 Cash Back
    • EVGA GTX 280 you will receive $150.00 in EVGA Bucks* or $125.00 Cash Back
    The only thing this doesn't cover is the Step-up program. I'm fine with that because I got the price cut anyway. I just hope to get the card by this weekend if not early next week. I have a itch to bench. *Rockout :rockout:

    Printer Spooler Service stops after upgrading to Windows 10

    Hi,

    Thank you for your response.

    I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

    • Press Windows key + letter 'R.'
    • Type "Services.msc" and hit OK.
    • Locate "Print Spooler" service.
    • Right click and select properties.
    • Stop the service.
    • Go to the "Recovery tab."
    • Set the "First Failure" and "Second Failure" to "Restart the Service."
    • From the Dependencies tab, ensure that RPC is turned on.
    • Apply changes.
    • Delete all the Print Job from C:\Windows\System32\Spool\Printers.
    • Press Windows key + letter 'R.'
    • Type "Services.msc" and hit OK.
    • Locate "Print Spooler" service.
    • Right click and select properties.
    • Start the service.
    • Apply changes and hit OK.
