  1. D Drive has the terabyte, not C Drive

I bought a laptop for gaming that is supposed to have a Terabyte HDD a few months back. I trusted that it was actually what it said since the reviews were good. I decided to see how much disk space I have left and when I checked... the D Drive was the terabyte and my C Drive is almost full. What's going on here?

Can I move Windows10 folders and aplications from C: to the D: drive? My C: drive is 99% full. My D: drive has more than 1 Terabytes free.

move program files from my C: drive to my D: drive to clear space on the C: drive.

I have a SATA Drive of 120Gig for my C-Drive and a 3-Terabyte Drive for my D drive, when I first purchase this PC, my setting for applications Operating systems-Miscrosft 8 were installed on my SATA C-Drive, and all my photos and other applications to
be installed on my D-Drive-3-Terabyte Drive, so when I upgrade to Win 10 I set the same setting as with my Win 8, but for so reasons, I starting to get error messages, saying "Low Disk Space" and "no enough space, so when I check the setting again they still
were the same, but when I check my SATA C-Drive, it stated it was full, and the majority of the space was taken up by my photos and other application, and on my D-Drive 3-Terabyte Drive, it showed all most a empty 3-Terabyte space D-Drive, so how do I transfer
all my photos and the other application from my SATA-C-Drive to my 3-Terabyte D-Drive??

No C: but D: drive has all the data

    Hi Austin,

To help you with your concern regarding the data on the drive C:, you're seeing the drive "C:" as the drive "D:" because you're booting your computer outside Windows. When booting your computer outside Windows, the system is reading the recovery partition
as drive C: and the data in the drive C: \ are listed on the drive D: \. Try to boot your computer and try to check again the data in the drive C: \ and see if the data are listed.

    Regards.
