  1. D-SUB Out of Range - won't let me boot in safe mode

    Hello

I've just purchased a refurbished PC and am using two screens that were given to me by my work. These screens definitely work as my partner used her work computer on them and I've used my Macbook.

However when I go to use this computer it will start and the Windows logo will appear, before disappearing and displaying the D-SUB Out of Range message.

I can get into Automatic Repair > Troubleshoot and then I look to either use option 3 lower screen resolution or 4 safe mode, but alas when I do, I still get the D-SUB Out of Range message.

Can someone please advise on what I can do next?

    Thanks

    Richie

    :)

D-SUB Out of Range - won't let me boot in safe mode

Cannot Enter Safe Mode / Computer boots normally

    I'm running Win 10 Pro 1903.

Here are the steps I have taken to get into safe mode: Start button, settings, update and security, recovery, advanced startup, troubleshoot, advanced options, startup settings, restart. The computer boots normally, not in safe mode. Any suggestions would be most helpful. Thanks in advance for your help and interest. .
