Windows 10: Daily BSOD IQRL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL and PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA Windows 10

I'm in desperate need of help. My computer bluescreens daily, often multiple times a day. As the title implies, the two most common BSOD errors I get are IQRL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL and PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA. However, these are not the only ones I've seen.To give some background, my computer has had issues like this in the past. Aside from getting BSOD often, lots of applications would constantly crash, to the point where many games and software became unusable, while a limited selection would work. BSOD problems IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL + MEMORY_MANAGEMENT + PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA

Some days when I turn off my PC it happens sequentially these 3 BSOD (IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL + MEMORY_MANAGEMENT + PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA). Not necessarily in this order. But the errors are basically one of these.

• I've already done memtest86 and got no errors
  
• SFC /scannow with no errors too
  
• checkdisk with no errors
  

I've checked the error with BlueScreenView and the problem is with the driver ntoskrnl.exe.

Any suggestion of whats going on?

GPU Driver version: Adrenalin 19.7.5

Display Devices: Viewsonic XG2402 144Hz HDMI

Motherboard: Gigabyte AB350M Bios version F10

CPU: Ryzen 5 1600

PSU: Seasonic S12II 520W

RAM: 8GB 2400MHz (1 stick)



Issue:

VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE (116) or PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA (50) BSOD (both caused by atikmdag.sys and atikmpag.sys) daily, it occurs randomly and oftentimes it doesn't even show a BSOD, my pc just suddenly freezes and restarts. Have
already tried DDU to reinstall GPU drivers and I tried various drivers. Have also run memtest x86 4/4 passes without any errors.

Is my PSU or GPU dying?
