Windows 10: Darrin DeYoung

How to I get rid of Darrin so I can be admin on this computer???

darrin deyoungДобрый день. При покупке ноутбука выскочила учетная запись darrin deyoung и пользовательский пользователь Laptop-LT9365VI.
Данную запись я никак не могу удалить и пароль я не знаю. Подскажите как это исправить?

Who is Danny De Young and why has he got a user account on my W10 box?

QUick update;

I don't think it's an actual account. It is not listed in the user data.

However, there are user folders. And it's Darrin, not Danny (my bad).

If I try to access the folders I get "don't have permissions".

Using admin powershell, this is the documents folder.

Trying to delete I get (example)

Administrator Issues

Hello all,

I just bought a new Acer laptop last week with an original Windows 10 pre loaded from the store. However, there seems to be an account by the name of Darrin DeYoung, which I am not able to get rid of and I've noticed that by default Windows first tries to log
in by that account and then through my personal account, which increases the boot time. Moreover, this Darrin DeYoung account, also seems to have all the administrator privileges and there are a lot of aspects which I am unable to change on my laptop because
I do not have full control over it.

Keeping all this in mind I would like to completely remove the Darrin DeYoung account, but I don't know how to. I tried logging into Darrin DeYoung's account with the passwords 'trs10' and 'trs80' after reading about it on some forums, but none of them seem
to work. The store owner does not have the password to this account either. This is my first time using windows 10, so I am clueless about what to do next. Any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated!
