    There is a data loss on my SSD, because the Partitition got deleted manually. I followed a guide in the forum, but seemingly got a misconception. That is why I booted a windows installer, deleted all my partitions on the drive no formating and installed a new windows. After installation my data was lost.I sense this might be a hard case, so basic hetman and easeUS wont work. These tools are only able to find data of the new patitions. Now are there any suggestions, I really need the data and would like to do it myself.

    Data Recovery for Mac (OSX Capitan) ?

    Anybody knows of a good data recovery software for mac? Preferably free?

    I use Active@ Data Recovery for Windows, but honestly no idea what to use for Mac OSX.

    Any suggestions?

    I'm giving Recuva a shot. Mussels posted a thread about data recovery and that was on the top of the list. I'll give that one a shot next if Reuva doesn't cut it. Thanks Wizz.

    It'd be nice if this thread was unlocked, cleaned up, and sticky'd in this section. Just saying. *Wink Data Recovery advanced ;)
