    Hey all,

    Just purchased the Data Recovery Professional software from Arcadia Apps, ran it overnight on a specific folder where the files I deleted used to be, but upon checking this morning, the software was closed and no messages of success/failure or indication where the recovered files might be saved etc. Not a very user-friendly software no instructions, help function! :

    Where can I look for the supposed recovered files?

    Data Recovery for Mac (OSX Capitan) ?

    Anybody knows of a good data recovery software for mac? Preferably free?

    I use Active@ Data Recovery for Windows, but honestly no idea what to use for Mac OSX.

    Any suggestions?

    I'm giving Recuva a shot. Mussels posted a thread about data recovery and that was on the top of the list. I'll give that one a shot next if Reuva doesn't cut it. Thanks Wizz.

    It'd be nice if this thread was unlocked, cleaned up, and sticky'd in this section. Just saying. *Wink Data Recovery Professional ;)
