Windows 10: de activation after update

I got my computer updated yesterday and now it says that it is not activated. I went to settings mention that im running a non genuine Windows product. I havent change anything and I dont want to pay for license again. I have this computer for 2 years now and I purchased it online so I know it is genuine.

I think there are three steps that remain; the WU troubleshooter, reset WU components, and manual WU reset.

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

Activation and Updates

I have Comodo Premium Anti-Virus and Firewall installed. Would this be sufficient to disable Windows Defender? If so, what steps should I take to permit Windows Defender to bypass Comodo Anti-Virus and Firewall and become able to be activated?

I just deactivated Comodo Anti-Virus and Firewall, but to no avail. I still could not activate Windows Defender. There has to be another cause. If anyone has any ideas or suggestions, I would be very interested.
