Windows 10: DE: Kann die Family Gruppe nicht verlassen ENG: Cannot leave the Family Group

DE: Hallo zusammen, ich habe mit dem Support gechattet. Dieser hat mir nun geraten, mein Problem hier zu schildern, um Hilfe zu erhalten. Ich kann mich nicht aus meiner Family-Gruppe entfernen, damit mich meine Nichte in ihre Family-Gruppe aufnehmen kann. Die Option bei den drei Pünktchen fehlt bei mir. Zudem ist es nicht offensichtlich, welchem Konto mein Konto angebunden ist. Leider konnte mir der Support nicht helfen Chat am 06.02.2022, Fallnummer: 1049578151. Wäre es Ihnen möglich, mich aus der bestehenden Family-Gruppe zu entfernen und derjenigen meiner Nichte anzugliedern? Bitte se

Family Organizer Leaving Family Group

Hello Lee Wilfert,

Glad to see you in Microsoft Community.

• If Mother was the administrator of the Family Group, you can exit the Family Group directly, and Mother will automatically become the Family Group organizer.
  
  If you want to stay in the Family Group, you need to rejoin, either as an administrator or as a regular Family Group member.
  
  Visit Getting started with Microsoft Family Safety for more details.
  

• If Mother was already a member of the Family Group, you need to remove her from the Family Group, then add it again, and need to select "Administrator" when selecting the role.
  

Meanwhile, you can dissolve the Family Group, and then let the new organizer send an invitation to re-establish the Family Group. Visit Leave family group or remove members (microsoft.com) for more details.

Last member (Adult) unable to leave Family group

Why not set up an admin account with documented password, add it to the family group? Then you can take your account out, and still have (or leave) an admin/family group access account available. Just a thought/suggestion...

Leaving a family group

Hello
I am trying to leave a Microsoft Family. I am the only adult member of the family and wish to leave in order that I can join the rest of my family in their Family group and use their Office 365 Home subscription. I can't join the new family until I've
left the old one. When I login and click 'leave family group' I get the message "Please try again later. We can't do this right now." How can I overcome this? Thanks for your advice.
