  1. Deactivated something I shouldn't and now can't print

I deactivated something I shouldn't and now I can't print. When I try to add a printer in Word I get a message that Active Directory is unavailable.

When I try to go to peripheral devices to see what's there it won't access and simply close the window.

Any idea what's causing this and what I should activate back in services.msc or elsewhere?

    Thanks

EDIT: I wanted to add the version of Win 10 but the same windows shuts down when I go on "settings", "system" and it closes when I click on "about".

  2. Microsoft Print to PDF, troublesome T attribute

Use BulkFileChanger (from Nirsoft) or PowerShell command to unset "T" attribute. More here:

  4. Deactivated something I shouldn't and now can't print

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.
