Windows 10: Decreasing Screensaver Volume

I have a configurable screensaver which allows its sound to be either on or off. Is there a tool that I can use to decrease the screensaver’s volume without muting it or reducing my master volume?

I would suggest you to try the following steps and check if that helps.

• Go to the folder C:\Windows\System32 and sort by file type.
• Look for the screensaver file type (.scr).
• Find the file scrnsave.scr(you can choose any of the screensavers).
• Right click and select send to>desktop (create shortcut). The shortcut on my attachment, but when i click on it my screen goes off and on and nothing else.

Can you suggest to make the ringer volume independent of master volume?

Eg: If I decrease the master volume, it should not decrease the ringer volume. Pls help.

 

Sound volume decreases

When I use Music and Video app my sound volume after a while decreases its volume to 0 (to vibration). If I push increase volume sometimes it shows that it constantly decreases value, and after a while I can increase again, in 30s it start decreases again.
What is wrong? Only music and video app is loaded.
