Windows 10: Default font Win 10

Two days ago I noticed my fonts on file explorer and other pages were hard to read. They seem to have got thinner and kind of pixilated. Tried to do the font restore as pointed out on some sites. I could press the restore button but then "the hide fonts based on language" check box would be checked and the OK button was not accessible. The only time the OK was available was when that box was checked. Help me please my eyes are bad enough.

• When you say ''Tried the one in the font menu but it didn't work!
  ‘’did you tried the option Restore default fonts settings? If not you can try the below steps.
