Windows 10: Default Windows 10 Apps Not launching

So about a few days ago after fixing my winodws croupted files using the dism code thing windows got an update i updated and restarted like usual and two days ago when i turn my pc on my start ment notification center dont work or ny of my microsoft related apps such as store calculator after looking throught the internet and trying almost every solution there were now two solution i was left with reset windows or repair windows so i repaired windows it didnt do any thing os now it was the last resort which was reset windows so yesterday i did that now my start menu and notification was working but not the apps then i looked for all the fixed such as uninstalling or reseting the apps nothing fixed it but this time there were few app that were working they were feedback mail but not half of them dont even have a name like Calulator its the whole microsoft name thing i even did wsreset but first time it said i didnt have perimision but i was the admin so i decied to activate the andmin user and do it through there now it said the app wont work and not being able to fix. It i went the reset my pc again and now its the same but now i have most apps called ms-resources:appname/text and more i woudnt care if these apps werent working but i have two games which i paid for and play them regularly. Can some help?

Windows 10 forgets default apps

I have noticed like not 5mins ago that Winamp just got kicked out of my default apps list in Windows 10 Pro.
I installed this installation not max 3 weeks ago with fresh downloaded Windows 10 Pro using Microsoft Media Creation Tool, is there a way to fix this bcs I using sfc /scannow don't do a lot for me and I have run it before on this installation.

Before u ask, I have fully updated my Windows 10 with all non-insider/beta updates.

The only thing I have disabled is the uac prompt that popup when u need admin for applications to run bcs it's simply annoying.

I don't remember having all these problems with Windows 8.1 Pro when i was using that and I am really thinking about going back so I can have "fully control" over Windows again with like disabling all the admin crap bcs I feel like it's messing more up and makes things less useful in Windows 10 with all these small problems I have and I read a lot of ppl having problems with various things time and time again where they needed to reinstall Win10 over and over to get it to work fully.

Any advice on how I can get Windows 10 to just work as a "daily driver" without all these small annoying things? *Frown

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Windows 10 Tweaks

As you may already know, Windows 10 (as well as Windows 8) allow you to log in with a valid Microsoft account, instead of creating a local account that only works on your machine. However, you may prefer to keep a local account for privacy reasons. If you do, though, some Windows 10 features—like Cortana—may not work. Despite the default behavior, the Windows 10 Store is not one of them. You can still log in to your Microsoft account for just the Store without switching to a full Microsoft account. The process, however, is not terribly obvious. To do so, follow these steps:

• Launch the Store from your Start menu.
• Click the user icon next to the search box.
• Click “Sign-in” from the menu that appears.
• Choose “Microsoft account” and log in like normal.
• When the “Make it yours” box appears do not enter your password. Instead, click “Sign in to just this app instead.”
