Windows 10: Defaultuser0 reset password

Hi so my Hp Omen Laptop that I've had for about 1 to 2 years bugged out a couple of months ago and wouldn't load properly. The way I could get round this was to factory reset my computer. While doing this it bugged out when it got to the creating the user and password. This restarted my laptop but then logged me in. My laptop seem fine and then worked well. Till recently when it suddenly decided I needed to login, when it revealed the user was called defaultuser0 and I didn't know the password. Now I've done a lot of work and have a lot of game saves so I dont really want to do another factory reset. Is there a way to change the password or to create a new admin user or to get round this

Before sign-in, ask defaultuser0 password, how to fix this problem, I never use password ,and no password,unable to sign-in,unable to log-in
