Windows 10: Defendee

Discus and support Defendee in AntiVirus, Firewalls and System Security to solve the problem; Any software created a extension folder in Windows defender.     Any software created a extension folder in Windows defender. I tried to remove them individually but it won't get out of the extension and causing each of my browser load unnecessary pages that contains unsecure mark. How to solve it.

    Upgrading to Windows 10 Creators Updates -> stuck at 86%

    My PC is self built wirh new parts. Should have no issue with compatibility. I've disconnected everything from the computer including all drives but C drive, all usb devices but keyboard and mouse. Uninstalled antivirus, disabled windows firewall and defendee.
    Still stuck 86% for 6-8 hours.
