Windows 10: Defender delivering useless messages

Latest Defender scan found issues for 10 apps. Did it give the name of the apps? NO! Did it give any recommendations? NO? We've been putting up with this nonsense since day 1 of MSDOS. I guess it won't stop until a few of these idiot developers are boiled oil, obviously firing them won't work. See attached snip.

MMS messages delivered but still in the outbox!

Hi, I sent mms message to multiple recipients, the message was delivered but still in the outbox with the status differed and cannot be deleted; any suggestions? I tried to restart, sending another message for the same recipients and nothing is working.

Clearing Windows Defender history

Hey, what you need to do is so simple, just follow the steps below exactly in order:

1. Turn OFF Real-time Protection
2. Turn OFF Cloud-delivered Protection
3. Go to this folder C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows Defender\Scans\History\Service
4. Delete the contents in the folder
5. Turn ON Real-time Protection
6. Turn ON Cloud-delivered Protection

That's it... Now check protection History, it's empty.
