Windows 10: Defender intelligence updates 2019-11 Servicing Stack Update for...

I've been finding that if I manually do a "Protection update" with Security updates I'm not getting the latest security intelligence update for Windows Defender or if I try through Windows Update I still don't get anything. So I was going to raise this because I keep now having to get updates through :

However when looking through MS Update catalogue I note there is an update :

2019-11 Servicing Stack Update for Windows 10 Version 1809 for x64-based Systems (KB4523204) which says :

The only update I've been offered through Windows Update in November is : 2019-11 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1809 for x64-based Systems (KB4523205) Offered on "Patch Tuesday" November. …….Nothing else has been offered when triggering "Windows Update" before or since. Should I manually install ?
