    my drive d and e is missing in defragment option. when I cant defragment at command prompt and powershell and with third party app. but that drive still can be open at windows explorer.

    PROBLEM IN VIEWING IMAGE..

    i already formatted my mass drive,and that was going good..

    i format using my device,



    if i encounter this problem again i will tru your suggestion the defragmanting..
