Windows 10: Delay in opening windows after sign in

We have a notebook HP Pavilion that has a four to five minute delay in opening Windows after the initial splash screen and sign in. After typing the PIN the screen goes black and the mouse cursor appears. We have done the most recent updates, and just completed a reset and this still occurs.


Is there a good way to fix this?

We would suggest you to try the steps mentioned in the link

• Type troubleshooting in the search box
  and hit Enter.
• Click View all from the left pane and select Windows store apps.
• Follow the on-screen instructions and check.

If the steps don't work try these steps:

Try to reset the Windows store and check.

• Press Win + R on the keyboard to open run Window.
• Type wsreset.exe to reset the Windows store cache.

• Navigate to Start>Settings>Accounts.
• In the left pane, click on sign-in options.
• In the right pane select Never from the drop down list for the option
  Require sign-in.

I can't sign in windows store and I can't use acount microsoft to sign in windows
