  1. Delete files C Drive

I have 6 files in my C drive.

I am wondering if I can delete.

If I can, what is the best way to do this?

    Such as in Safe Mode.

    See picture

I have run the Disk Cleanup and rebooted and they are still there.

    I have Windows 10 Pro 2004

I believe they were put there when I did a Windows update upgrade.

Mods if this question does not belong under this topic please move to the correct one.

    Thanks

C windows installer folder - Delete?

He can do symbolic link redirection and move the files in it to a different location. *Wink Delete files C Drive ;)
Better try it out in a virtual of first. Just a suggestion.

    Like:
First move everything in c:\windows\installer to d:\installercache
    Then delete c:\windows\installer folder
Then type this in command mode as admin
    mklink /d c:\windows\installer d:\installercache

Removing those installer files is a bad idea. it might prevent you from updating or uninstalling apps.
