Windows 10: deleted my Hallmark 17

i have deleted my Hallmark 17 app from my desk top. How do I get it back so i can get into the program?

There may be a number of reasons for this type of issue to occur. As a first step, I would suggest to check your anti virus program to see if it is restricting access to your app. If you are running a third party anti-virus program, kindly check the manufacturer
support to know how to exclude your app to its restrictions.

another step that I can suggest is to check your Firewall settings and see if it is blocked from there. Simply go to
Control Panel > Security Center or Action Center >
Windows Firewall > Exceptions. Try to check Hallmark Cards and allow its exception and save the changes.

Loading message for Hallmark Card Studio 2018

I have installed successfully, Hallmark Card Studio 2018, but when loading the software, it issues the message "Hallmark is unable to connect to the Internet. Please check your Internet connection and try again." I know there is nothing wrong with my internet
connection. After several tries, I read that there was a problem with the Microsoft SQL server, so I ran the latest updates for Windows 10 system on ASUS computer, deleted Hallmark Card Studio 2018, completely shutdown, reinstalled the software. Got the same
error message. Any suggestions, please?
