Windows 10: Deleted One Drive, but I Lost My D Drive

When I deleted my One Drive, I now get a message that my D:\Desktop is unavailable. How can I get my D:\Desktop back? I can't move my photos or documents anywhere and I can move things to or from my flashdrive. I tried the disk management, but when I can't find the missing D Drive in there like the instructions said I'd be able to. I don't want One Drive but I do want my D Drive.

Lost D: drive! Help!

When I updated to Windows 10, I lost my D drive. It's not listed in control panel anywhere. It's not listed in "my computer" anywhere. When I put a CD or DVD in, absolutely nothing happens. How can i get it back?

Ghot. Fiddling with BIOS is not in my wheelhouse but I searched every line and couldn't find any reference to the HDD. In the SATA column I found the Samsung 250GB and the CD-DVD but no HDD listed. Couldn't find anything in other columns at all.

Jumanji. Yes, I plugged in an external drive via USB and it came up as "F" drive as it usually does. I transferred 20 odd games this morning from F to D with both folders open on the screen. There was no apparent problem then.
I downloaded the driver clean up and ran it as you suggested but it did not fix the problem.
