Windows 10: Deleted User Folders

I have two users whose accounts have been deleted but their folders under C Users are re-created on restart after deleting them. Hang over from W7 but can anyone help me permanently delete the in W10?

Thanks for the answer. In the meantime, I went through the registry and changed the path for the former user to mine. Hopefully, the new software will see my account, instead of the other user path.

Hi Donna. I'm Greg, an installation specialist and 8 year Windows MVP, here to help you.

Unfortunately there's no way to remove the original Account User folder, for some Security reason that goes all the way back but they wont' explain.

Some users claim that they've found a way but I've helped enough recover from Sign in failures that result that I don't recommend them.

I've not heard any reason that it can't be just ignored until you reinstall when it is of course wiped off the PC.
