Windows 10: Deleted value from regedit

Hello,

I had a problem with automatically closing command prompt. I found solution of deleting AutoRun value from \HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Command Processor. Unfortunatelly that destroyed my system. Only cmd were available after starting the system. Now I added some value from Google but as a result windows launches normally, but I can't open cmd, instead it opens me file explorer. Some programs started to open infinitelly amount of file explorers. So I need solution which would repair my cmd so it opens normally, some default value of this reg would be great. My AutoRan value looks like that:

@mode 15,1 & tasklist /FI "IMAGENAME eq SoundMixer.exe" 2>NUL find /I /N "SoundMixer.exe">NUL && exit && start /MIN "" "C:\Users\Hunteerq\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\SoundMixer\SoundMixer.exe" & explorer.exe

After deleting "& explorer.exe" windows stop launching desktop and everything, with it it opens file explorer after every cmd.

Regedit stopped showing values in the list

Suddenly regedit at Windows 10 stopped showing values in the list. As you can see from the screenshot, the right column is missing. However, values are present, so when I select "Edit", the value appears in the popup window.

 

Windows defender: I can't delete the value "DisableAntiSpyware" in the regedit policies.

i did this that you posted and deleted after and it worked:
psexec -i -d -s c:\windows\regedit.exe

but the problem is still there *Frown
