  2. I used to be able to have my one (administrator) account startup my PC w/o password/pin now I can't

I used to be able to have my one (administrator) account startup my PC w/o password/pin now I can't. I only have two admin accounts one mine and the other default. But when I start up I get a third, that I cannot find to delete, in netplwiz or accounts.
I just want to start my PC and let it start and go to desktop w/o login everytime.
