Windows 10: Deleting apps from Get notifications from these sender

I want to delete apps in Get notifications from these sender.
But I'm stuck at Step #4 could someone guide me what to do next.

1. Backup file: "%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Notifications\wpndatabase.db".
2. Install application: DB Browser for SQLite.
3. Open file: "%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Notifications\wpndatabase.db".
4. Go to tab: "Execute SQL".
5. Enter and execute entry: "select * from NotificationHandler".
6. Find "HandlerID" for application you want to remove from "Get notifications from these senders".
7. Enter and execute entry: "delete from HandlerSettings where HandlerID = X".
8. Enter and execute entry: "delete from Notification where HandlerID = X".
9. Enter and execute entry: "delete from WNSPushChannel where HandlerID = X".
10. Enter and execute entry: "delete from NotificationHandler where HandlerID = X".
11. Save file: "wpndatabase.db".
12. Reboot your system.

I finally had to do a complete RESET on the Windows 10 system in order to resolve this problem!

Therefore, I had to reinstall all of the software/apps that were eliminated by the RESET, which included many years of updates to my PC - not a pleasant experience!!!

2. Navigate to Feedback in the left menu, then press + Add new feedback.

3. Select the Problem, and share any details you think are relevant, and choose an appropriate category and subcategory.

4. Important: If possible, reproduce the problem(s) after clicking Begin monitoring (or Start capture) near the end of the form; Stop monitoring when you're done.

5. Once you've completed the form and monitoring, click Submit.

6. Click Continue using Feedback Hub.

7 Click My feedback at the top, then find the item you submitted (it may take a while to appear).

8. Open the item you submitted, then click Share.

9. Click Copy link, then paste the link here in your response (it will look like https://aka.ms/<unique link>)
