Windows 10: Deleting Microsoft outlook.com account from my PC, without removing data?

I created an offline admin account on my PC a while back and use it as the main login on my W10 Pro computer. Recently, I created an outlook account, purely to use the email functions, but this proved to security concious for me. I then deleted the MS account online. I also realised that the outlook account that I set up, also created a whole lot of stuff on my Outlook 2016 desktop app, which was not what I wanted. I also deleted that from the app.


PROBLEM:

Each time now that I log into my PC, I keep getting a message that there is a problem with my MS account. So, now I realise that I need to delete the MS account on my PC. After reviewing how to do this, I am not confident that is what I need to do. I need to remove the MS account from my PC without deleting my login, i.e. return it back to an offline account and therefore, remove all traces of my login *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. How do I do this?

Delete mails in Outlook but want to keep mails untouch in webmail

When I deleted an email in outlook and my webmail got deleted too. I want to keep all the inbox mails from the webmail even I complete deleted in outlook. I spend hrs can't think it out how. Any step by step instruction? I'm using IMAP account btw. Thanks and Merry Christmas.

SO today my friend asked me if i could post this question on the forum:



He wants to configure a outlook account with 1 email, with that outlook account he wants to run the same account in 2 diferent computers he wants the both computer to be connected in network, for example:

• he receives a email and that email is sent to each computer;
• he deletes a email from one computer and it also deletes on the other;
• he moves a email to a folder it also moves on the other computer;
