Windows 10: Deleting school administrators

My sister bought her school laptop off the school after graduating and the school is still administrators is there a way to remove them so she can use it freely. It’s also saying she needs to activate windows before personalising her pc but she can’t active without being connected to the school network

Deleting an administrator account

Kindly follow the steps below to resolve this concern:

Step 1: Remove pin from your administrator account. Here's how:

• Log in the administrator account.
• Go to Settings.
• Select Accounts.
• Go to Sign-in options.
• Under PIN, click on Remove.
• Tap Remove to confirm.
• Type in your administrator password to verify.
• Hit OK.

Step 2: Make your local account as an administrator account by following the steps below:

• Log in your local account.
• Go to Settings.
• Select Accounts.
• Go to Family & other people.
• Select Change account type.
• Under Account type, select Administrator.
• Hit OK.
• Restart your computer and sign in with your administrator account.

Step 3: Remove the old administrator account. Please follow the steps below:

• Log in the new administrator account.
• Go to Settings.
• Select Accounts.
• Go to Family & other people.
• Click on the admin account you want to remove and hit Remove button.
• When you see a confirmation dialog, select Delete account and data.

How to remove an Icon of "eConnect by Harris School Solutions" on my Taskbar

I suggest you to follow the below steps to remove the "eConnect by Harris School Solutions"
from the taskbar and check if it helps.

• Right click on the icon "eConnect by Harris School Solutions".
• Click on “Unpin from Taskbar” the icon will be removed from the taskbar.

how do I delete my office and school account?

Forum respondents cannot help you with your school account. Only the school's network administrator can.

You really need to answer my previous question: Can you log on under an admin account? If you're not sure then this will tell you:

1. Create a desktop shortcut for cmd.exe.
2. Double-click it. You will get a black frame.
3. Type these commands and press Enter after each:
   
   net users
   
   (to see a list of all users)
   
   net localgroup administrators
   
   (to see a list of all admin users. Is your account among them?)
