Windows 10: Dell 7810 mit Windows 10 : DRIVER_POWER_STATE_ERROR 0x0000009f 0x0000000000000003,...

Dear Experts/Community,

I am using a Dell 7810 with XEON E5 2630 v3 and128 GB RAM.

I installed Oracle Virtualbox 6.1 to use Redhat 7.2 as a VM.


I am often getting this error with blue screen during working in system. I cannot exacly say, when it happens. It doesnt happen during the start of Windows.

I updated my graphic-driver. But it didnt help.

I have many Minidumps. But I cannot read them. I uploaded 2 of them into my One Drive public area.


I saw many discussions about thi error. But I cannot find out if it is a driver error which driver or a hardware defect.

Can you please give me an idea about this error?

Computer has rebooted from a bugcheck ..... 0x0000009f (0x0000000000000003, 0xffff83841447b060, 0xfffff80234c1c7b0, 0xffff8384143e19a0)

Was running good until today on reboot got this :

What causes this , any idea?

 

Error driver_power_state_error in Windows 10

Dell xps 8700 with i7 has driver_power_state_error with windows 7 -windows 8 - windows 8.1- windows 10 . The motherboard was replaced and memory by dell. I have had 2 new hard drives and installed and reinstalled all the operating systems multiple times.
Dell still is not helpful. Computer sits for long time saying it is looking into resolving the problem. Help Please, Steve in Greensboro Ga

Office issued Dell XPS 7275 Tablet 2 in 1 to me recently.
Helpdesk unable to resolve why computer crashes when coming out of Sleep mode. Running Win 10.

This is the error message I see in the reliability monitor. dmp file attached as zip.

Crash happened around 12:03 PM July 31 2016.

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000009f (0x0000000000000003, 0xffffe0017b1c0060, 0xffffd0006fccf890, 0xffffe0017ed947b0). A dump was saved in: C:\windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 4f305ed6-e41f-43b3-a655-5130457dee0e.
