Windows 10: Dell Inspiron 3268 i5 8gb Ram HDMI signal processing

My Samsung Smart TV was doing a magnificent job processing my Dell Inspiron 3268 i5 8gb Ram HDMI signal flawlessly utilizing the company's "HDR+ Mode". Now suddenly It is limited to the extremly DULL "Standard" or (default) or TORCH =Dynamic mode(s) respectively. What is going on here? It could be either my PC or an issue with My Smart TV or perhaps both. Both are less than a year old. I need guidance to run down the issue. I have enjoyed and incredible lifelike viewing experience far too long to turn back now. HELP???

my dell inspiron 5555 windows 10 will not connect to my hdtv via hdmi

I just bought a hdmi cable, when I connect my laptop (dell inspiron 15 5555) amd a10 to my hdtv, the Tv screen blinks with my desktop then goes blank then no signal and my laptop screen just goes blank. the hdmi cable and tv are not the problem bc when
I plug it into my gf dell inspiron 11 3000 is work just fine. how can I fix this

I have an ASUS monitor and ASUS desktop with a graphics card not on board graphics. I have an HDMI cable from the monitor to the video card. Today for the first time while on the internet my screen froze and then went blue saying no HDMI signal. I tried everything but still no signal. I then tried my VGA cable and all was working. I then tried my HDMI cable again and it worked until this afternoon when I was watching a video on the internet and the screen froze and said no HDMI signal. also when this happened I could hear my fan running loudly. Any suggestions on what the problem could be?

Trying to connect HDMI-to-HDMI on a TV for purposes of presentation ... computer had previously not been an issue when connected to projectors, but at this time will not accommodate projectors or TV. Thanks for any help.
