    Dell Ispiron 15 3000 series DVD Drive


    I just purchased a Dell Ispiron 15 3000 Series. Does this have a DVD Drive? There is no button to open the dvd drive if there is a dive and I searched my PC for the DV RW Drive (HDell Ispiron 15 3000 series DVD Drive :) and nothing came up.

    That model is the Dell Inspiron 15 3567 and again there are some of those model do have a DVD drive and others do not, the Dell website is very unclear on the options they provide . .

    Start your laptop, then on the Dell Logo screen, repeatedly press F2 to boot into BIOS

    Under System Information, do you see a DVD drive listed?

    If there is no DVD drive listed in BIOS, that model has a dummy drawer instead of a DVD drive . . .
